At Cookware, we want you to be completely satisfied with your culinary tools. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused cookware in its original box, ensuring all lids, accessories, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
